This position is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to the Liver Transplant Service at Austin Health. The role will work in collaboration with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Key Responsibilities:

Salary
The estimated annual salary range for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
