Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Design Manager to drive delivery across multiple initiatives in our Teamwork Platform Design team. The successful candidate will have expertise in analytics & data visualisation, as well as experience leading high-performing design teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Dive deep into product experiences, guiding designers to deliver exceptional user interfaces that meet the highest standards.
  • Talent Development: Nurture a team of 5-7 designers, empowering them with the right guidance, frameworks, and support to excel in their roles.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineers, Product Managers, Content Designers, Marketing Experts, and Analysts to develop a shared vision and champion user experience in our products.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX or product design, working on complex enterprise applications or e-commerce platforms.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team, with a genuine passion for developing others.
  • Exceptional design craft skills in one or more design disciplines, enabling leadership through expertise and guiding a high-performing design team.
  • Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously, both as a hands-on designer and as a manager.
  • Strong ability to build relationships at all levels, partnering closely with PM & Engineering crafts alongside complex product delivery.
