Role Overview:

The Digital Manager position at Dentsu is a key leadership role that drives digital planning and campaign delivery. As a seasoned professional, you will lead the team, mentor colleagues, and foster strong relationships with clients.

About the Job:

This full-time, permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, develop and recommend digital channel strategies, collaborate with internal specialists, and deliver finance management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a digital media role in an agency environment, ideally within a similar industry or niche.
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to build meaningful connections with clients and team members, leveraging strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong client service skills with project management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Lean into implementational planning and ability to support junior team members in their professional growth and development.
