
Administrative Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
- Seeking an experienced team leader to oversee administrative support across various educational programs.
- Responsibilities include guiding and developing staff, ensuring student-focused services from pre-enrolment to course completion.
- Day-to-day operations will be overseen, aligning team activities with organisational goals.
- Reporting, industry placements, VDSS partnerships, and accurate AMEP data management are also essential.
- Improving systems and processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and the student experience is a key aspect of this role.
About You:
- As a seasoned team leader, you understand balancing daily operations with long-term improvement.
- A strong background in education/VET administration, confident managing multiple responsibilities.
- Approach work with clarity and structure, ensuring consistent processes, met deadlines, and maintained compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to develop people, streamline processes, and influence positive change.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Formal qualification in Business (desired) or substantial equivalent experience.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex administrative or education settings.
- Solid experience in education or the TAFE sector is mandatory.
