Job Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage the administrative teams for Specialist Consulting clinics in Dandenong and Casey. As an Administration Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency, and engaging with stakeholders across the organisation.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional who has a proven track record of leadership and management in outpatient or specialist clinic settings. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Your ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders is essential, as well as your capacity to adapt to change and implement new processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver operational strategies to improve service delivery and efficiency
  • Lead and manage administrative teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Engage with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement change programs
  • Manage multiple computer systems, including patient records, scheduling and referral management

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Extensive experience in outpatient or specialist clinic settings
  • Leadership and management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
