Job Summary

ALPA is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our small, high-performing team. As a Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking standardized payroll processing in a high-volume, quality-controlled framework.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Payroll Processing: Undertake accurate and timely processing of electronic payroll for a designated unit of the business.
  2. Employee Information Management: Undertake accurate and timely updating of confidential employee information for all areas of the business.
  3. Payroll Function Knowledge: Learn all aspects of the payroll function with a view to becoming a Payroll Officer.
  4. Shared Corporate Activities: Participate in the telephone system overflow roster, reception relief, and in other shared corporate activities.
