Key Responsibilities
  • Award Interpretation and Payroll Administration: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including award interpretation and compliance.
  • HR Administration and Support: Provide administrative support to the HR Director and other members of the HR team, including maintaining accurate records and databases.
  • Employee Engagement and Support: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits, providing guidance and support to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the payroll and finance team to ensure seamless integration of HR and payroll processes.
  • Administrative Support: Manage administrative processes for documents, databases, and online systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Performance Management and Employee Relations: Support the performance management process, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and offer support for performance improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Experience and Qualifications: 2-4 years of experience in HR roles with business partner responsibilities in a mid-large organization.
  • Payroll and HRIS Systems: Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems.
  • Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Australian Work Rights: Must have Australian work rights.
Benefits
  • Location: Macquarie Park based role in Sydney.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday day shift (4 days in office, 1 day from home).
  • Contract Duration: Full-time contract role for 6 months.
  • Remuneration: $50-$60/hr + Super.
