Job Title: Construction Site Lead

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

  • Manage all on-site activities, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors
  • Maintain accurate site records, track progress, and manage resources effectively
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and collaborate with Engineers and Foremen as required
  • Foster a positive work culture while driving team performance

Ideal Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience in supervising urban subdivision projects (roads, drainage, sewer, water)
  • Able to read and interpret project plans and schedules
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Current driver's license and relevant certifications
