Key Responsibilities:
  • To own, monitor + drive all sales activities for customers within your control, ensuring prospects are identified, qualified + nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close profitable + sustainable customer deals.
  • To align your sales efforts with key stakeholders, including pricing + business development teams, ensuring alignment on pricing decisions.
  • To continuously gather and analyze current marketplace information on pricing + products, ensuring awareness of market trends.
  • To report customer feedback to relevant teams, supporting resolutions as required.
  • To collaborate closely with colleagues when onboarding new customers.
  • To maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
  • To regularly review customer portfolios with key managers.
  • To focus on delivering exceptional customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels of service quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management from a logistics or supply chain background
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop long-term strategic plans
      • Experience leading commercial negotiations and creating high-quality proposals
      • Ability to manage a substantial pipeline and drive opportunities through the full customer lifecycle
        • Skilled in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
        • Ability to collaborate across global, regional, and country-level teams
          • Exceptional public speaking, negotiation, and written communication skills
          • Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and clients
            • Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
              • A self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proactive approach to business growth
              • Strong time management and ability to work autonomously
