Logistics Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our global supply chain, logistics, and inventory operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in streamlining systems and processes to optimize delivery and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and enhance logistics and supply chain systems to drive efficiency and improve operational workflows.
- Strategically manage warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.
- Lead global stocktake process and ensure accuracy across merchandise, raw materials, samples, and stock inventory.
- Monitor stock rotation and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Oversee daily operations of global distribution centres and internal warehousing.
- Manage property needs across retail and head office locations, including leases, maintenance, and improvements.
- Champion the ERP system by ensuring system adoption and continuous improvement across operations.
- Proven leader in operations and logistics with experience in fast-paced, global, or multi-site businesses.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and ERP systems.
- Comfortable working across time zones.
- Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
