Job Description

This role oversees the execution of major capital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Lead project teams to drive project implementation.
  • Manage all aspects of projects, including scope, changes, resources, and chairing project management team meetings.
  • Assess interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and 15-20 years of hands-on experience with capital project management in chemical manufacturing facilities.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at various stages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong technical and data analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to learn new chemistries and processes.
Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 per year.

Others

Travel up to 50% of the time is required for this role.
