Project Development Manager

We seek a highly skilled project development professional to drive the delivery of critical capital projects.

This role offers the chance to shape project planning and execution, ensuring efficient and safe operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, design, procurement, contractor management, commissioning, and handover.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
  • Develop clear and detailed scopes, technical specifications, and project documentation.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships across manufacturing sites, ensuring open communication and prompt responses.
  • Provide on-site leadership for contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Support procurement processes and navigate internal systems to secure best project outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project planning, delivery, and safety practices.
About You:
  • Degree qualified in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, or Chemical related disciplines).
  • Technical expertise applicable to our supply chain network, such as brewing, packaging, or utilities.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, related to process improvements, brewing, or infrastructure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to articulate technical details clearly for project scopes and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Leadership skills to guide contractors and ensure safe, efficient project delivery.
  • Flexible, proactive, and eager to step into new project areas as required.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, procurement processes, and project management tools.
