Job Overview

This is a pivotal onsite role responsible for managing simple, medium and complex multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to commissioning. The successful candidate will ensure safety, quality and commercial outcomes are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of capital projects ensuring alignment with client operational and strategic goals.
  • Manage project teams contractors and stakeholders to deliver projects safely on time and within budget.
  • Oversee project planning scheduling cost control procurement and risk management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory environmental and safety standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

  • A project leader with over 16 years experience who has demonstrable experience embedding safety considerations into all phases of a project.
  • Proven experience in managing capital project portfolios in chemicals agricultural sectors.
  • Proven experience working on major hazards facilities MHF.
  • Strong leadership stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Demonstrated project delivery skills necessary to initiate and lead project packages develop design implementation schedules execution methodologies and provide ongoing status reports to senior management team and client.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering Project Management or related discipline.
  • PMP or equivalent certification highly regarded.
