Our fraud prevention specialists play a vital role in ensuring our customers' financial security.

This fixed-term 12-month contract offers the opportunity to work a rotational schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely support and resolving issues effectively.
  • Analyse data related to fraud and corruption compliance programs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and mitigate financial crime, ensuring our customers' trust is maintained.
  • Communicate complex information clearly and concisely, adapting to diverse customer needs.
  • Manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Provide emotional support to customers impacted by fraud, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

  • Possess a strong passion for helping others, with a focus on delivering outcomes and making a positive impact.
  • Demonstrate highly developed critical thinking, analytical, planning, and organisational skills to manage complexity and respond to emerging needs.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders at different levels of seniority, fostering effective relationships and communication.
  • Bring a background in customer service where you have driven outcomes, with a proven track record of success.
