Job Opportunity:

As a Fraud Prevention Specialist, you will play a vital role in safeguarding customers and the company from fraudulent activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and refine strategies to prevent and detect fraud across various products and services.
  • Apply advanced analytical techniques and data-driven insights to identify suspicious patterns and emerging threats.
  • Mitigate financial and reputational impact of fraudulent behavior.
  • Contribute to strengthening our overall fraud risk framework and enhancing customer trust.
  • Drive optimization of fraud prevention systems through rule development, trend analysis, and profiling.
  • Design and develop new features and machine learning models for detecting fraudulent behavior.
  • Represent Fraud in internal and external meetings, providing commentary on results.
  • Monitor and communicate metrics for operational fraud teams.
  • Translate data outputs into prevention strategies.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in risk or fraud analytics.
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Proficient in SQL and analytics/data science coding (e.g., Python, R).
  • Relevant work experience in fraud analytics, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure.
