About the Role

We are seeking a Fraud Prevention Specialist to lead our team's efforts to ensure all operational and fraud metrics are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Fraud Investigators in exceeding quality standards.
  • Effectively manage resourcing to meet demand and identify improvement opportunities and efficiencies.
  • Support CP leaders in fostering a culture of customer advocacy with well-embedded performance metrics.
  • Strengthen engagement, enable talent retention, and influence quality attrition within the business.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence.
  • Proven analytical, influencing, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and impacts while providing solutions.
