Job Title:

Ambitious Account Manager Wanted

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners ensuring satisfaction and engagement;
  • Develop successful collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Identify potential opportunities with a focus on expanding the relationship with existing clients and partners;
  • Collaborate with the internal team regarding potential opportunities;
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, outlining success and impact;
  • Manage scoping sessions with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Create proposals and statement of works for upcoming projects;
  • Coordinate and set-up project client kick-offs and wrap-ups that deliver a great client experience;
  • Provide seamless handovers to the delivery team;
  • Attend key client workshops and support as required;
  • Track client performance including tracking milestones and invoicing using our project and finance management systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record developing client and partnership relationships;
  • Proven success as an Account Manager or BDM within professional services, sales and distribution or partnership led organisations;
  • Excellent communication, and presentation skills with an eye for detail;
  • Ability to communicate easily with many different types of stakeholders, from CEO to team members;
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects using repeatable processes.
