**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team based in Brisbane. This role will focus on supporting our end-users with technical issues related to hardware and software, ensuring any problems are resolved in a timely manner.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Receiving, triaging, and resolving incidents relating to windows and web applications, business systems, networking issues, and other technical problems.
  • Fulfilling requests from staff, including administration tasks and new equipment deployments.
  • Imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Managing assets, including records keeping, tracking assets through their lifecycle, and auditing.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma or higher in a business or information technology field.
  • At least 2 years' experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist.
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Practical application of Microsoft O365 software application functions and technologies.
  • The ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's licence.

**Salary and Benefits:**

This role comes with a competitive salary package of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:
