Job Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our end-users, resolving hardware and software issues, and ensuring that our systems are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve hardware and software issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Imaging, deploying, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Manage assets, including records keeping, tracking, and auditing
  • Participate in the rotating on-call roster
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in a business or information technology field
  • Previous experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist, minimum of 2 years
  • Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical application of Microsoft O365 software application functions and technologies
  • Proven ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license
