Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Hearing Solutions Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to our clinicians, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.
  • You will also be required to manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox, billing clients correctly, and taking payments.
  • Additionally, you will need to learn and competently use a range of software and applications.

Requirements:

  • You will have prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration roles.
  • You must have a passion for delivering an amazing client experience, great communication and active listening skills, resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy.
  • You will also need excellent organisational and time management skills, the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team, a focus on results, and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients.
