About the role

We are seeking a Hearing Screener to join our team at Clear Hearing Solutions Pty Ltd in Thornlands and Hamilton in Queensland. This is a casual role where you will be responsible for administering hearing screenings and providing an excellent customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive hearing screenings and assessments to identify potential hearing issues
  2. Educate and inform customers about their hearing health and any recommended next steps
  3. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all hearing screenings performed
  4. Collaborate with the broader healthcare team to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care
  5. Provide a high level of customer service and support to all clients

What we're looking for
