Revenue Management Specialist

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the revenue growth strategy of our organization.

You will work closely with senior leadership and other teams to achieve common goals. Your primary responsibilities will include managing queries, handling Salesforce cases, and producing accurate revenue reports.

  • Manage the revenue management queries inbox, ensuring timely responses to sales requests, bonus conversions, and daily operational needs.
  • Handle Salesforce cases, including client deal set-ups and execution of daily requests.
  • Support inventory optimisation and yield management to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Produce accurate, insightful revenue and sales reports while ensuring adherence to sales policies and procedures.

About You:

We are looking for detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive individuals with strong problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills. If you have 1+ years of experience in media sales/advertising/revenue management, excellent attention to detail, and effective time management skills, we want to hear from you.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
