We're now looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Revenue Manager to join our leadership team.
This is a pivotal role with the opportunity to make a real impact across our portfolio.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Revenue Manager will :
Lead proactive revenue management across our 6 properties, driving occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
Oversee Central Reservations, providing leadership and guidance to the Reservations Supervisor and team.
Optimise distribution channels and inventory management to maximise revenue potential.
Partner with Sales & Marketing and Operations to deliver commercial strategies that enhance profitability and the guest experience.
Provide analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
About You
We're seeking someone who is :
Experienced in revenue management, ideally within hotels or hospitality.
Analytical, with strong systems knowledge and an eye for detail.
Confident working across multiple properties with different markets.
A natural collaborator, able to lead, coach, and build strong relationships across teams.
Commercially astute, with a passion for delivering results.
