Job Summary

Sales and Marketing Activities

Manage and execute all sales and marketing activities to drive business growth, including developing new accounts and key account sales.

Sales Team Management

Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve annual sales targets and expand market share.

Market Development

Develop and execute plans to rapidly develop new products and services to lead the market.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and country and regional sales teams, to align strategies and tactics.

Candidate Specifications
  • Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of sales management experience, preferably in professional services, consulting, corporation insurance, accounting, and marketing industries.

Leadership Experience

Proven sales leadership experience with a record of exceeding targets, aggressive and positive attitude, and ability to communicate, present, and influence at all levels within an organization.

Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, self-discipline, good planning and organizing capabilities, self-motivation, and ability to work under pressure.
