Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of at least $30 - $37 per hour, plus superannuation and a relocation support package of up to $5000.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director to join our leadership team. In this role, you will work alongside the Centre Director to support the centre and team, leveraging your expertise and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care
- Mentoring and building capabilities within the centre team
- Being responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence
- Using and implementing the Goodstart Practice Guide
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- A current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
