As a Business Partner, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture, driving performance, and supporting staff across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will assist with and coordinate the implementation of the Performance Management cycle across the organization.
  • You will support recruitment and talent management initiatives, including succession planning, diversity programs, and onboarding.
  • You will coordinate EBA planning activities and ensure compliance with agreed timeframes.
  • You will champion rewards and recognition programs, and support engagement initiatives across sites.
  • You will leverage HR systems and metrics to drive workforce planning and monitor engagement trends.
  • You will coordinate wellbeing, training, and development programs to build capability and embed the organization's values.
  • You will provide coaching and support to People Leaders in all aspects of performance management.
About You
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field are essential.
  • 2–3 years' experience in an operational HR role is required.
  • You must be able to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
  • You should have strong attention to detail and be willing to travel as required.
