In this key role at Austcorp Executive, you will report to the Regional Human Resource Manager and be accountable for developing and delivering HR initiatives, providing strategic support to HR operations, and overseeing HR processes, performance management, policies, and procedures, learning and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese/Mandarin languages (ideal)
  • Prior experience in HR or Recruitment is highly valued
