We are seeking an experienced HR Support Specialist to join our Operations Team. This is a full-time role based at our Roxburgh Park location.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Employee onboarding and induction
  • Occupational health and safety management
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Recruitment and selection processes
  • Training and performance management
  • Workplace compliance and policy administration
  • Day-to-day HR administration duties
