About This Opportunity

You'll be part of a highly experienced and dedicated team within a national practice, collaborating on a range of different projects and transactions for income-producing and development assets.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial and feasibility modelling assistance to support major urban renewal and infrastructure projects, including the preparation of transaction strategies and property development advisory
  • Conduct vendor and acquisition due diligence for clients disposing or acquiring real estate assets or portfolios of assets across various asset classes
  • Develop market research and trend analysis, contributing to thought leadership papers
  • Support the audit team in reviewing valuations for financial reporting purposes
  • Prepare valuations for both stabilised assets and development properties, investigating and utilising new real estate technology applications to deliver innovative solutions to clients

Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, with good report writing and presentation skills
  • A thorough understanding of valuation processes in the private sector and government is essential
  • Professional accreditation as a CPV of the API or MRICS is preferred
