We are seeking an experienced Business Banking professional to join our team. As a key member of our Small Business Banking team, you will play a crucial role in helping Australian small businesses thrive.
You will be responsible for building deep relationships with your customers, understanding their business and personal goals, and delivering tailored financial solutions through your expertise and specialist support.
The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial lending, asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products. They will also be able to engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and offer insights and solutions that support their goals.
- Originate and manage commercial lending solutions: up to $1.25M, along with asset finance, merchant services, and everyday banking products.
- Engage with customers: to understand their business and personal needs, offering insights and solutions that support their goals.
- Represent the organization: within your local business community, building awareness of our business banking proposition and hosting educational events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: to strengthen referral partnerships and enhance service delivery.
