As a seasoned business growth specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic plans to grow a portfolio of existing small business customers within your local area. You will also be responsible for acquiring new business through external relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop holistic banking solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Grow revenue and drive customer advocacy by increasing the portion of customers who consider us their Bank of Choice.
- Manage small business lending requests up to $1 million, and home lending up to $5 million.
- Engage and build relationships with our Retail Branch and Broker network to enhance portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
- Business or retail banking experience is essential.
- A strong understanding of the SME Market and local area knowledge is required.
- Excellent customer and relationship management skills are necessary.
- Problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
