As a Community Manager, you'll set the tone in product development and drive positive outcomes aligned with our Customer Strategy and goals.
You'll work closely with Customer teams and professionals to decide, refine, and communicate community and customer best practice.
You'll empower associates to share knowledge, connect users, and grow positive engagements across our platforms.
Analysis of community trends and discussions will inform business insight, driving investment and decision-making for sustained delivery of beautiful experiences.
With a growth mindset and holistic view, you'll work closely with Senior leaders to strategize and shape the evolving future needs of our Community Platform.
You'll drive adoption of self-service communities where customers and partners connect and help each other.
