Exciting Career Opportunity
Our organization is seeking a skilled Injury Management Specialist to play a key role in our return-to-work process. As an integral member of the team, you will be responsible for managing Worker's Compensation and Income Protection Claims, as well as coordinating and reviewing random Drug & Alcohol testing across all sites.
As a valued professional, you will provide support and guidance to leaders throughout the business through Return-to-Work programs. Your ability to deliver exceptional service and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will make a significant impact on the lives of our employees.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week. We offer a dynamic work environment that prioritizes work-life balance and employee growth.
About You:
- National or tertiary qualifications in Injury Management or a related field
- SIRA Return to Work Qualifications highly regarded
- Comprehensive knowledge of Australian and state-specific Workers Compensation and Injury Management legislation, industrial instruments, policies, and procedures
- Ability to manage confidential and sensitive matters
- Advanced time management, planning, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated analytical, influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to resolve issues
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to travel to remote locations as required
