Lead Specialist Role in Injury Management

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Injury Management Specialists, promoting excellence and continuous improvement;
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of injury management and claims operations strategies;
  • Analyse current and future injury management trends and needs, accurately assessing claims operations functional responsibilities and competitive strengths/vulnerabilities;
  • Participate in operational projects and business initiatives, driving strategic growth and collaboration.
Requirements

- Proven experience and qualifications in injury management at a senior level;

- Tertiary qualifications in allied health or a related field;

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills;

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;

- Strategic mindset and approach to work.
