We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the rehabilitation and return-to-work process for injured workers. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in optimizing recovery outcomes and reducing the impact of injury on individuals and workplaces.
This challenging role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of contemporary workplace rehabilitation practices.
You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including injured workers, managers, medical professionals, and claim case managers, to develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans.
Your expertise in managing and coordinating rehabilitation activities will ensure seamless collaboration between all parties involved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans in consultation with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with injured workers, managers, and medical professionals to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Coordinate rehabilitation activities with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage and monitor rehabilitation progress to achieve desired outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification or degree in a health-related discipline.
- Accreditation or training in workplace injury management or rehabilitation.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in managing and coordinating the rehabilitation and return-to-work of injured and ill workers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of contemporary, evidence-based, workplace rehabilitation and injury management practices.
