**Role Overview**

This is an exceptional opportunity to take the next step in your career as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

You will play a key role in helping people live life to the fullest by planning and coordinating injury recovery and rehabilitation needs of multiple clients based on knowledge of relevant legislation and schemes.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a genuine passion for helping others and a desire to develop their career and expertise in Rehabilitation Consultancy.

The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy, as well as provisional or full registration with the relevant accreditation authority.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and coordinating injury recovery and rehabilitation needs of multiple clients based on knowledge of relevant legislation and schemes
  • Communicating effectively with multiple key stakeholders both verbally and written
  • Facilitating teamwork by collaborating with, mentoring, and supporting colleagues
  • Participating in scheduled file reviews and claims reviews and talent maps
  • Maintaining professional CPD requirements and accreditation

Comcare Accreditation and drug and alcohol testing accreditation are also essential requirements.

**About You**

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
- Provisional or Full Registration with the relevant accreditation authority (i.e. AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC)
- Drivers Licence (access to a pool car is available)
- 2-year experience in occupational rehabilitation, injury management, or case management
- Comcare Accreditation
- Drug and Alcohol Testing Accreditation
- Accreditation in Administration Psychometric Assessments (i.e. Hogan, SHL)
