**Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving revenue growth?**
Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Revenue Transformation Specialist to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our district's financial future by:
- Leading revenue strategy: Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and training initiatives to optimize revenue generation.
- Providing expert advice: Offering strategic guidance to executives on revenue matters, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Driving process improvement: Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance revenue performance and minimize financial risks.
- Managing teams and operations: Overseeing staff, ensuring efficient billing systems, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders: Building relationships with other health districts and the Ministry of Health to share knowledge and drive industry best practices.
**About You**:
- Strong academic foundation: Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce, or a related field.
- Proven revenue expertise: Extensive experience in managing revenue generation and collection within healthcare organizations.
- Strategic leadership: Proven ability to identify and implement new revenue opportunities and improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication: Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills for effective reporting and insights.
- Change management expertise: Demonstrated success in leading change initiatives in complex service delivery environments.
- Leadership skills: Proven ability to manage and prioritize workloads, lead teams effectively, and influence stakeholders.
- Legal and policy knowledge: In-depth understanding of legislation, policies, and guidelines related to healthcare revenue generation.
