About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for our legal products, HighQ and Legal Tracker. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about business development and has a strong track record of success in driving revenue growth.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional who:

  • Has a minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional sales or business development role.
  • Has a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Is able to create and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting activity.
  • Has strong B2B enterprise sales experience with excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
