We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for our legal products, HighQ and Legal Tracker.

About the Role

In this exciting opportunity, you will:

  • Focus on corporate and legal firms, prioritizing new business development and building value within the client base to achieve revenue targets.
  • Proactively engage with new clients and collaborate with our sales and leadership team to develop close relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their business needs and providing targeted solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong new business development experience, solution selling, and consultative sales skills, including managing long sales cycles.
  • Possess a passion for sales, a drive for success, and a determination to achieve objectives.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in professional field sales or business development, selling software solutions.
  • A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A robust pipeline of opportunities through prospecting activity.
  • Strong B2B enterprise sales skills, including active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales.
  • A customer-centric approach, commercial acumen, and ability to identify opportunities for cross-selling solutions.
  • The ability to partner effectively with the wider sales team, including pre-sales and proposition.
  • Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
