About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop a market for our legal products, HighQ and Legal Tracker. In this role, you will focus on corporate and legal firms, prioritizing new business development and building value within the client base to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with new clients and work with the sales and leadership team to develop close relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Understand clients' business needs and provide targeted solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong new business development experience, solution selling, and consultative sales skills, including managing long sales cycles.
  • Have a passion for sales, a drive for success, and a determination to achieve objectives.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a professional field sales or business development role selling software as a solution. You should have a demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, creating and maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities, and possessing excellent active listening, negotiation, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
