Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced occupational rehabilitation specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers to return to employment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive assessments and developing tailored rehabilitation plans that address the physical and psychological needs of our clients;
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders, including employers, medical specialists, and other allied health professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services;
- Conducting workplace assessments and providing ergonomic recommendations to support safe and sustainable return to work outcomes;
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes;

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Current unrestricted registration or membership with the relevant industry body (AHPRA, ESSA);
- Significant experience in occupational rehabilitation, preferably in a multidisciplinary setting;
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Nursing;
- Strong clinical reasoning and analytical skills; and
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
