Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are currently seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team of professionals in Liverpool, NSW. As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to work with clients who require occupational rehabilitation services.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to assess clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our clients.
- You will conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical and psychological abilities to identify areas for improvement;
- You will develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address clients' needs and goals;
- You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless delivery of client care;
- You will maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and treatment plans;
- You will communicate effectively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field;
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist;
- Experience working in occupational rehabilitation or a related field;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Capacity to travel to client sites and attend meetings and training sessions as required.
