We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Coordinator to act as the first point of contact for new customer enquiries and play a pivotal role in managing the sales pipeline.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for new customer enquiries
- Conduct personalized tours of our care community
- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee the customer journey
- Implement targeted sales initiatives to enhance conversion rates
- Maintain exceptional service quality by monitoring feedback
Requirements include previous experience in Sales and/or Administration roles, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A high level of professionalism and effective communication skills are essential in this position.
