Job Summary

The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of customer service and solutions teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality checks to identify policy breaches, process gaps, and potential risks.
  • Analyze quality assurance results and provide insights and areas of opportunity.
  • Evaluate outcomes and pinpoint areas for improvement in Customer Service and solutions.
  • Identify red flags and suggest enhancements for processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills to drive team performance.
  • Strong analytical and technical abilities to provide constructive feedback.
  • Familiarity with AML, Privacy Act, and NCCP regulations.
  • Previous experience in a QA specialist role.
