Compliance and Learning Expertise

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide expert guidance in aligning our organisation with relevant legislation and regulations. This role will be responsible for implementing services catered to students, ensuring the effectiveness of current practices in learning, teaching, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures aligned with ASQA Standards.
  2. Monitor and audit current learning and teaching practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  3. Contribute to the growth and development of academic and compliance processes.
  4. Support Academic Managers and other Directors in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
Requirements

Candidates must possess:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management or administrative systems within the education sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of ASQA Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent workload and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
