  • You will be responsible for driving supplier excellence and innovation in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough QC checks and testing across production lines to maintain food safety and compliance.
  • Lead projects that enhance processes, supplier standards, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, recipes, and nutritional panels.
  • Train and mentor production teams to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee audits, CAPA, and regulatory compliance initiatives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role (hybrid - QC & Technical Lead) with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC/SQF, and ISO 22000 standards.
  • Hands-on QC and laboratory experience within food manufacturing.
  • Analytical problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in recipe/specification management and data-driven quality reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field; HACCP/Quality certifications highly desirable.
