We are seeking a customer-focused and system-savvy individual to join our Sales Systems Training team in Sydney.
As the Sales Systems Support & Training Administrator, you will be responsible for providing training and troubleshooting support to broadcast and digital Sales teams, ensuring they can navigate systems required for their roles with ease.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a shared inbox used to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing first-level application support to Sales teams and escalating when required
- Training new Sales staff in systems and best practices
- Facilitating monthly meetings with internal and external parties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Media experience is preferred but not essential, however any experience relating to sales/booking systems (e.g. travel, hospitality or retail industry) will be considered.
You should possess:
- A high attention to detail
- A customer-focused approach
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- The ability to prioritise work to meet tight deadlines
- Computer literacy with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
