As an Account and Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of accounts and driving revenue growth within existing accounts. This role requires you to nurture client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our offerings.

This role focuses on understanding client needs and delivering exceptional experiences that drive results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure clients derive maximum value from our platform, ultimately supporting customer satisfaction and increased product adoption.

About the Role
  • You will develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, upsells, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You will take ownership of the renewal process, proactively engaging with clients to discuss ongoing goals and performance metrics.
  • You will identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features and services that align with their business needs.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to leverage insights to inform sales strategies.
