We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to drive sales results and develop key relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in sales and business development, with a proven ability to achieve targets and deliver high-quality service to clients.

  • Achieve individual sales and revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and strategic account management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts and identify new opportunities within the target market segments.
  • Deliver tailored solutions to each client by uncovering their challenges and identifying sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Wealth Management/Financial Services industry.
  • Results-focused approach to sales with highly developed communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
