Job Title: Guest Experience Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Ambassador to deliver exceptional customer service to owners and guests at our resorts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting and registering visitors, providing information on local area attractions, and completing department-related paperwork.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register owners and guests upon arrival
  • Provide information on local area attractions, including dining, shopping, and entertainment options
  • Complete all department-related paperwork, including check-in/check-out procedures and sales appointments
  • Meet with guests face-to-face to generate sales appointments for our sales centers
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar hotel role or customer-facing position
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation
  • Highly computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
